Third Party Plan Review

Bello, Bello & Associates is a certified Third Party Review Agency under the District of Columbia Third Party Review. In accordance with DCRA procedures and reporting requirements, our Third Party Review services allows for interfacing with project representatives of key elements of a development initiative including plan reviews and inspections, shop drawing reviews, permit revisions, and consulting on key construction and relaying all inspections and field conditions to the approving agency. This process ensures the timely approval of building plans, inspections and ensures cost efficiency and delivery of a project.
